We booked two rooms for the weekend. Rooms were small. AC did not work/cool the room downstairs. Management was not customer friendly or accommodating. You can find better for the $$.
My husband and I had eaten at the Summer House many times, and it was wonderful, so we figured on our recent trip to splurge and stay there for two nights. The service was so bad, and the room so small and frankly musty smelling, that we left after only one night. Very, very disappointing. It reminded us of a place that must have been great in it's heyday, but has lost its luster.
Really horrible, horrible hotel group. Owners and management frankly don't care about their clients, inns are rundown and they change your reservation without telling you.
