ABSOLUTELY the BEST!!!! Very clean and you couldn't beat the location! The services was outstanding. Barbara and Gavin (we think that is his name-a young gentleman with a beard) went above and beyond what you would expect!! The others were great too!! The breakfast was superb. It was pricey but we definitely highly recommend this hotel.
Room was super clean, quiet and comfortable. We had a room in back (107) that was very quiet and pleasant. Easy access to the deck outside.
Staff was super nice and very helpful.
We've found the room here too be really comfortable, and the staff is extremely friendly. Tavis have us a wonderful suggestion for lunch our first day here. We are in a king room with a water view. The bed is quite comfortable, and the room feels very airy. The bathroom also gets a lot of sunlight. This is our first trip to Nantucket. It seems like a really peaceful, relaxing place, and 21 Broad seems to fit right in to that atmosphere.
As much as we liked everything about this place, breakfast was our favorite part. Each morning was a different selection of freshly made, beautifully presented and delicious small plates and fresh juices and smoothies. So good.
Stayed here this week and couldn't have been happier. Everything was amazing. The staff was wonderful, it was the cleanest hotel I had ever stayed in, and the complimentary breakfast was incredible. I wish I could give more stars. I will be staying here for years to come.

Great place to stay in town. Short walk from either ferry terminal. Just steps to restaurants, shops, galleries and more.
