We found our room to be comfortable and the staff accommodating. The cost is high, but to be fair, the cost of everything on Nantucket is high.
BED BUGS! Room 241. Worst experience I've ever had in a hotel. This place is dirty and I saw about a dozen bed bugs crawling around when I pulled the sheets back. Disgusting and filthy. My in laws were in the room 2 doors down and also experienced bed bugs! DO NOT STAY HERE.
I was treated wonderful. All the staff were wonderful and the place was so welcoming and such a breath of fresh air. Very neat and clean . They were more then accommodating. I am going back there next year.
