In this case you'll get peeling wallpaper, specks of black mold in the window air conditioner, ceiling cracked and pliable over my head, dirty blind. The bathroom (shared with another room) is gross. No fan, a cast iron teeny sink, and I wore flip flops in the shower. (The bathroom in the first floor is a little nicer.) The reason for two stars? Bed was comfortable.
