Just returned from a stay on Nantucket with my partner who is disabled due to a recent illness. On both journeys to and from Nantucket, the Hy-Line staff noticed his disability and offered us the opportunity to board early. Every staff person we encountered- from loading the suitcase and taking my bicycle to the parking lot attendant- were super professional and nice. Excellent experience- will definitely take Hy-Line again!
