I am a long time summer resident in Nantucket. I had a horrible experience at Vivi G shoes. I purchased mid August 6 pairs of the same shoes in various colors. I was charged for 7 pairs. I had to fight to get back money for the 7th pair. I wore one pair after purchasing. The decorations came off. I went home and checked the other 5 pairs. The other pairs had flowers also not adhered correctly in the box. I called Vivi G and spoke to the store manager. She said there was nothing she could do because they have a return policy of one week. The manufacturer could not replace because it was the end of the season.
I called numerous times and the store manager said she could not do anything for me. After many months and fighting through my credit card I shipped back the shoes and received replacements.
