My wife had an omelet that looked good and she enjoyed.
We caught the early morning ferry from Hyannis and were ready for a delicious breakfast once we arrived on Nantucket. We headed from the ferry directly to Fog Island Cafe and were able to get a seat right away. Our waitress was pleasant and share the specials with us.
Ordered soul sister scrambler and breakfast burrito ...... interesting, yummy food. Generous with the coffee, too. Our kind of place.

Nice cafe - we went on a Sunday so they only had breakfast with limited lunch options. I had the egg & bagel sandwich with beans, which was very good. Friend had pesto scramble, which was just ok.
Great food, not crazy prices (considering island prices are generally high for anything). Easy going and cozy while paradoxically being active and square in the middle of town.
I chose to have the Fog Island Fishcake Benedict with home fries. I enjoyed the fishcake and poached egg combo smothered in benedict sauce. I thought that it was a little under seasoned and had to add some salt at the table.
