Not a helpful company at all. We called 3 hours ahead of time to schedule a pickup and they said they wouldn't be able to bring us all the way to our destination at that time, but my wife scheduled anyway. I called back asking for an earlier pickup and they wouldn't do that either.
Called the night before for an 8:00 pick up. They were right on time. Payment was straightforward. Very nice.
Called ahead to make a reservation and they never showed up...
Very bad! Called them Fri. At noon for a 8 pm dinner pick up and never showed up, after we called they said they did not have any cabs avilable and apologized. Next day we called at noon just to give them enough time.. When they were 10 min late I called and they said they did not have any appointments for us. So, if you do use this company get a backup because they will 100% not show up.
