They are terrific. My pepper mills have lasted years and years. My salt milt became "disabled." I call and rather than try to sell me a new one, they told me they'd upgraded the mechanism and I could just buy the upgrade. When I couldn't install the new parts, I sent the entire thing back to them and they fixed it for me. Frankly, the salt mill looks so clean I suspect they sent me a new one. Excellent products, great service, and friendly folks. What more can you ask for?
