Cab showed up and could not wait one minute for me to put my shoes on.
Recently went to Nantucket and relied on All Point/Roger's Taxi for transportation to/from town everyday (I stayed in the Surfside area). The drivers are all extremely nice and competent, some even provided historical or other interesting background info on the places we passed and suggested places to visit or eat. Great service, great drivers.
I'd give 0 stars if I could. Have called them 30 minutes in advance and they still showed up 20 minutes late. Also called asking if they could pick me up at the airport because of having to go right from the airport to work and they told me to grab my luggage and see if any other taxis were waiting and rudely hung up on me.

Called from ferry and was told a cab would be dispatched. 20 minutes later- no cab and when I called to ask where it was, the guy who answered said "it's a first come first serve down there. So someone else must have taken it." When I said I called specifically, he repeated his same answer. If I could give a 0 rating I would.
