My companion and I on our first visit ever to Martha Vineyard as passagers with out a vehicle and lots of camping equipment was greet by a wonderful gracious marvelous staff person Bridget. She witness our struggle and rush to our side with assistance beyond belief. First by gaven us a lift with all our gear on their golf cart to the bus stop, where she gave us instruction to get to our destination Martha's Vineyard Family Campground. And if we needed anything else to come back to her office to ask. Or if we waited she would carry us there when she got off from work. So standing at the bus stop for a short while trying to figure things out Bridget drives back down saying load up your stuff I've got you a ride there with someone who lives right next door. What a benefit from complete strangers that went out of their way to help us. I will be for ever grateful for their kindness. After settling in we went back the next day to thank them again were we got a other VIP welcome and stay. Truly the best personal of a business I will never forget and always be thankful.

website is always down, phone is always "busy". the people have no clue if you will or won't get a spot. all in all. just a terribly managed company

The woman who answered the phone kept giving me the run around about the parking situation saying she can't promise anything. Said, or very strongly implied, that there is a good chance that I'd drive down to Hyannis, then not be able to get on the ferry because there is no where to park. I finally gave up and decided to fly from Boston.
