Good for a last minute option when you don't have reservations elsewhere. Good for the kids but I wouldn't make it a point to go there.
Stopped in for a quick bite on a business trip. Great atmosphere for the name, dark, underground, great feel. Nice bar on entrance, unfortunately I couldn't grab a pint. Got the peppered burger, medium-rare. Was really happy it was actually prepared medium-rare. Fresh beef, great flavor. The curly fries were a bit underdone for my taste, but still good. Server was ON POINT. Told her we were unfortunately in a bit of a rush, and if there was any way to get our food on the fly: Was out in no time. Definitely will be coming back again next time I am on island.
Good lobster bisque. The burgers we had were large, and juicy. Fries were crispy. Eating in the lower level is cool. Service was good.

Stopped in for lunch. Waitress completely failed to tell us the specials, had to ask. Specifically asked that my sandwich not have prosciutto and waitress acknowledged my request. Get a sandwich that has super dry, breaded, rock hard chicken cutlet in it and halfway through, I realize there's prosciutto in my sandwich! Waitress comes back from the kitchen and informs us that it comes pre-made and they can't fix it. (This would've been valuable information before I chose my meal). I tell her I can't eat it for medical reasons so I'm done with my meal. She hands us a check with the meal I couldn't consume still on it!! My husband tells her we're not paying for it and she snatched the check out of his hands and runs off. In fairness, the manager showed up and handled the situation and took the price off the bill. But what a disappointing experience. I really expected more...
